A: We send your products must go through multi-channel QC, to ensure that our customers receive products without quality problems. But after all of our products undergo a long-distance transport, in some uncontrollable circumstances, there may be damage to the goods occurs, we are glad to provide quality service to our customers.

1. Within one week of receipt of the goods, the customer receives the goods should be checked, if the problem should be informed within one week.

2. If the confirmation is a quality problem, we will provide free replacement cargo services.

3. If the cause of goods quality problems is due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.

4. For that you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wear caused by abrasion, etc.,

 we will have to charge you a certain repair costs.
